This lemon tart is made with a tasty buttery tart shell, a Lemon Curd Mousse, and a lemon-scented sponge cake to put it all together. This dessert is the right amount of sweet and contains the perfect amount of lemon. It is then covered in a lemon glaze to finish it off completing this masterpiece making every bite, the perfect bite.

These were part of a French themed party that I hosted. Our guests loved these and all of the small handhelds from Cocola. They were ready on time and carefully packed for a seamless transport as well. I will definitely be back!
