Our interpretation of
the classic Christmas Yule Log is a modern creation that blends French
tradition with vibrant California flavors. This year’s bûche is
California at its core: a tender California almond cake layered with a
crunchy almond-hazelnut praline, bright California blood orange
marmalade, and a silky California blood orange mousse. A perfect harmony
